"Pass never showed up, but they fixed it quickly"
My pass never arrived, which was annoying, to be honest. That said, when I contacted them, they were polite and got it sorted out quickly, so I appreciate that.

"Order got canceled, support was a bit slow"
My order ended up getting canceled, which was frustrating. Support did help eventually, but it took longer than I expected to hear back. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like updates in situations like that should be a little quicker.

"Location updates weren’t as accurate as I expected"
I was expecting the updates to show the right location consistently, but that wasn’t really the case for me. A lot of the time, it showed the wrong location, which made it hard to trust the information. It’s a useful idea, but the accuracy wasn’t what I hoped for

"Parking Pass Arrived Too Late"
I ordered a parking pass and, unfortunately, the delivery timing was really unreliable. The tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea where it was, and it ended up arriving after I actually needed it. Support did reply, which I appreciate, but by then it was too late to be useful. Frustrating experience overall...

The policy was easy to follow and I didn’t run into any major issues, so that part was fine. It just felt a little too plain and basic overall. Whoever runs this could probably make it a bit more helpful or user-friendly

The experience was mostly fine, but the fees showed up kinda late in the process, which was a nice little surprise I definitely didn’t ask for. Would’ve been great to know about them earlier, but apparently that’s too much to expect.

"Helpful support, site was a little confusing"
I had this question about my pass because I wasn’t totally sure if I picked the right dates or not. Support got back to me fast, like within an hour or something, and they explained it in a simple way. They helped me fix it without making that whole thing feel like a big deal. I’m giving 4 stars only because the site was a bit confusing at first, but the customer service was solid and I’d use them again.

"Pass worked, but the info could’ve been clearer"
I used the pass from usparkpass.com on a recent trip, and to be fair, it worked fine at the parks we visited. At the entrance, they checked it, didn’t make a big deal out of it, and let us through without any problems.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I was a bit unsure at first whether I had the right pass, and the directions/info could be a lot clearer. I kind of feel like they should at least acknowledge that confusion and apologize for it, but overall the pass did what I needed and saved me some hassle.

I was a little disappointed that I had an issue with my pass in the first place, but they did help me get it fixed quickly. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but at least they handled it fast.

"Don’t buy anything"

"I strongly advise against buying anything here. This company is absolutely appalling! They resell cards with restricted functionality. Their customer support never responds. You won't be able to link the card to your recreation.gov account, which means you can't use it for online bookings. Also, keep in mind that if they can't scan your card at the park entrance, you’ll have no way to appeal it and will be forced to pay the entrance fee. On top of that, you can't return their semi-fake card or get a refund. This shady company hides all of these details. You’re much better off buying a pass directly from the official recreation.gov website to avoid any issues rather than dealing with this excuse for a company."

The website itself was easy to use, so I didn’t have much trouble getting through the process. What annoyed me was the final price. I thought I was paying one amount, and then extra fees suddenly popped up close to checkout. Maybe it was in the fine print somewhere, but when companies just point to “policy” as the reason instead of showing the full cost upfront, it feels like an excuse. Not a terrible experience overall, but definitely frustrating...
